What the site sees

Cloudflare hosts this site. To deliver and protect it, Cloudflare processes request data such as your IP address (Cloudflare’s privacy policy). That rests on my legitimate interest in a site that reaches you and stays safe (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). I don’t run analytics on top of that.

Email

Cloudflare forwards mail sent to hello@klati.one to my Gmail inbox (Google). I use your message to answer you and, for a licence, for the steps before a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b)). I keep the conversation as long as it takes to deal with, then delete it. Licence records stay as long as the law asks.

Cloudflare and Google are in the United States; the data reaches them under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in which both take part.

Your rights

You can ask what I hold about you and get a copy, ask me to correct or delete it or to restrict its use, and object to that use. I answer within a month. You can also complain to Bulgaria’s Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
